About Roland Graves
Roland Graves, life-long resident of Brownwood, spent almost 30 years as a teacher and administrator in the Brownwood Independent School District.
Since beginning his second career in real estate, Roland has learned that integrity, dedication, and a willingness to work hard have always been the most important qualities of a good real estate agent, but in today’s sophisticated market, these qualities are not enough. Most buyers now rely almost exclusively on technology to find their new homes. For this reason, Roland has partnered with Zillow.com, one of the busiest real estate websites in the world, in order to help each buyer and seller have the most successful real estate experience possible.
If you are using Roland to sell your home, it will be a featured listing on Zillow.com. It will also appear on the local and national MLS, Realtor.com, Yahoo Real Estate, Trulia.com, and many other busy real estate websites. If you are using him to help you find a new home, he will show you how to use technology to find just the home you want, determine approximate market values, find loan programs, and more.
Roland is married to Martha Graves, retired speech pathologist with the Brownwood Independent School District. They have two grown sons, Taylor, who is an Edward Jones investment broker in Amarillo, and Karlton, who is a teacher and football coach in Vega, TX. Roland and his family are members of the Central United Methodist Church in Brownwood.
